Designed on an area of 103.000 m² for unique landscape areas and a life intertwined with nature, the project offers comfort and peace together,  Neighborhood life has a common past/memory, living spaces and an architectural and urban morphology where neighbors have the opportunity to come face to face and share.   It consists of 84 villas and 209 flat units.

The design project will balance the tension between the city and the countryside,

will not be forgotten and will keep it alive in its body; Against the city, which does not care about all these and forgets the neighborhood culture over time, it designs the neighborhood units on the basis of neighborhood and presents a new understanding of neighborhood that will oblige people to be in constant interaction and sharing.
